Weekend & Term-Time Schools

• More than 14 days before the term starts: Full refund minus a £10 administration fee
• 7–14 days before the term starts: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the term starts: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another student
• After the term has started: No refund for missed sessions

Summer Music Camps

• More than 28 days before the camp: Full refund minus a £15 administration fee
• 14–28 days before the camp: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before the camp: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another student with our prior agreement

Cancellation by The Music Nest

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session or programme, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid for that session or programme. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation.

Illness & Absence

We are unable to offer refunds for individual missed sessions due to illness or other personal circumstances. We strongly recommend that families check their household insurance for relevant cover.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@themusicnest.co.uk. Please include your child's name, the programme booked, and your reason for cancellation. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days.
