1. About Us

These terms govern your use of The Music Nest Music School's services, operated by TheMusicNest Ltd (Company No. 16886385). By booking a place you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Registration

• All bookings are made through our Bookwhen booking system at bookwhen.com/themusicnest
• A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received
• Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• Students must be aged 8–18 and of at least Grade 2 standard (for summer camps)

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by card through our booking system.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

5. Child Welfare & Safeguarding

• All Music Nest staff are DBS-checked and safeguarding trained
• Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking
• We reserve the right to contact emergency services or a parent/guardian at any time if we are concerned about a child's welfare
• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow students. We reserve the right to exclude a student whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund

6. Photography & Media

We may take photographs or videos during sessions for use in our marketing materials and social media. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing before sessions begin.

7. Liability

TheMusicNest Ltd takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of students. However, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is collected promptly at the end of each session.

8. Changes to Sessions

We reserve the right to make changes to session times, venues, or staff where necessary. We will notify you as soon as possible of any significant changes.
